Every single time I come to this store, the prices ring up incorrectly and I have to go to the Service Counter. This doesn't happen at any of the other stores. Get a new Pricing Coordinator and check your receipts!
Only one full service check out and 4 express lanes. At 5:30 on a Monday.
Worse store set up ever! There is a beauty and health Isle with toilet paper and then in the middle of the store it's the same thing again. Products that should be by the same isles are not. There is just no flow!
Excellent choice and eating healthy foods. It's better than junk food anyway.
Made a special trip on my lunch break in the rain today to order a prom corsage. 2 trips to the front to ask for assistance in floral. No one came. 3 employees walked by, & not one asked if they could help. Wasted my lunch break and still have to order a corsage, somewhere else now!
Very friendly environment. Wes, who is a manager, is always helping out on the floor and can be found everywhere throughout the store. Most cashiers are friendly and very helpful. I enjoy shopping here.
Stood in line for about 5 minutes. Cashier (Austin) was very pleasant, friendly an outgoing. His lane was the only one open. He never got upset even when the line go to be long. Bagged my groceries very quickly and moved on to the next customer in the same friendly, outgoing manner. We should have more young people like him in customer service.
attitude This store has the do it yourself checkout area. The checker in charge of helping the customers had such an bad attitude that I told her to stop complaining. She thought my order was too big to do it myself and kept saying so. She sarcastically told other customers waiting that because of my order. If there is a limit on the number of items to go thru these check outs, there needs to be a sign. I am angry and humiliated and will not be shopping these stores.
