I requested a quote on a newly purchased home in Atchison, Kansas. It took a few weeks to find a time to receive an in-person estimate (which was completely understandable). Yet after having the house looked at in person and being promised an emailed quote in the next few days by the owner, Pat Pickman, all contact was cut off.
