The staff are Always so nice and happy to help
Couldn't have had a worse experience then the treatment I recieved from 2 sp called managers in Darwin and Alice Springs. 4 weeks of waiting for a response to the whereabouts of some personal items that went issuing while my vehicle was in there care I had to get the police involved. The managers response was like it was all my fault and stated numerous times he didn't care about my problem ir the whereabouts of my personal items to the value of $2400.
Absolutely ridiculous now that you need to make an appointment to see a car? It's not some boutique car warehouse with a collection of Koenigsegg's and Lamborghini's! I knocked on the door and the guy was the biggest NPC who basically shrugged me off and acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. Ridiculous service and ridiculous policies. Open the damn place up so people can view cars!
