Terrible customer service, the reception people were not helpful. Lost my vehicle and confused it with another. Update: they miraculously found my car within 10 minutes of me calling the tow company. No acknowledgment of fault, reception staff were still rude and belittling. I would avoid pickles at all costs.
In most of the cases, you will end up buying a non-functional vehicle with no after sale warranty.

Couldn't have had a worse experience then the treatment I recieved from 2 sp called managers in Darwin and Alice Springs. 4 weeks of waiting for a response to the whereabouts of some personal items that went issuing while my vehicle was in there care I had to get the police involved. The managers response was like it was all my fault and stated numerous times he didn't care about my problem ir the whereabouts of my personal items to the value of $2400.
