A great place to buy a paddle. Mike listens to what you’re looking for. He doesn’t try to upsell you. Whether buying a $20 used paddle or an expensive new paddle, he takes the time to explain the pros and cons.
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The worst company I did not get to do business with. (Guess that's a blessing!) DO NOT buy from them. This shop (at least its customer service) seems to be 1 person operations. There are many other good pickleball equipment companies to choose from. You have been warned. Customer service was terrible…Especially Mike. Sent wrong size and EVEN THOUGH I had it well documented from their system, they refused to correct their mistake…claiming i ordered wrong size. I offered to pay to get correct size, but they wanted to charge me shipping on correcting their mistake! From my personal experience, i would never use again or ever recommend their company.
Anytime you can beat Amazon with delivery you should get a medal. Ordered a paddle in the morning and got it me dinner time the next day!!!!!
Very helpful service & advice. Great place to check out if you're in the vicinity. Looking forward to playing with my new paddle & trying out my new shoes.
