Mike is amazing. I was looking for a Honolulu J3CR pickleball paddle and they had a Crystal Blue paddle in stock to my surprise which is on preorder at the official Honolulu website. He was gracious enough to send me the paddle pictures when asked over a call to confirm it was a Blue Grit technology paddle when I called the store. Loved the customer service.
