I woke up this morning at the crack of dawn as usual. I walked into the kitchen and saw a large tomato sitting on the counter staring at me as I made a pot of coffee. A nagging feeling hit me that if only I had a tomato sandwich, all would be well with the world. A simple tomato sandwich, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, white bread. I love Pickett's Harbor Farms. They have the absolute freshest and best quality produce. The staff are friendly and helpful as well as very knowledgeable about their produce, because they grow it themselves!
