You couldn’t ask for better realtors than Brett and Kim! Very responsive to our questions, provided professional, knowledgeable, and whether we wanted to hear it or not, good advice. They were very patient with two individuals who are not always on the same page for their likes and dislikes in a home. Brett and Kim were always available and willing to show us any house we wanted to see. They respected our requests, decisions and time. They were patient with us, especially given our long list of desires and very small search area. When it came time for offers and negotiating, they checked in even when they didn't have news just to let us know they were still working on it. They gave us sound advice when we asked for it and thoroughly explained all our options.
Kim and Brett were very professional throughout the process, which extended longer than any of us anticipated. They were always available to answer my questions courteously, even when I was frustrated. They went over and above my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Johnson County.
