Carl is a nice guy and took the time to answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and addressed all my many concerns. I watched him do his work and he took care and was thorough. This was the first treatment so we will see how it works. Signed up for the service plan, seems a little expensive (reason for 4 stars) but what doesn't nowadays. I will update if I become unsatisfied, but so far so good.
Great people and Great service. Very knowledgeable and always available when needed.
