The sprayer is quick and professional and gives me a quick warning when they're on their way and after each service! They always give me a warning and willing to work if I have a scheduleling conflict.
They were great ! Professional, took time to explain their procedures. Very kind and respectful! I would use them again and refer them to friends. Thank you for your service.
Terrible customer service experience at first but the owner really cares about how his company is run and does what he can to make the experience working with his company a good one. Can’t complain too bad about employees that may be rude when the top dog is trying to run a quality company and takes time to assist.
I like how Pickett text you to see what they need to focus on when they get ready to spray and when they will come. Also giving you a receipt of what services they did and what was left to refill.
