I called Travis and he dropped everything he was doing and came to my house. I was without AC for 5 days. He brought 2 portable AC units for me to use till the new AC was installed. Thank you Travis the best AC guy ever.

I had a main pipe bust during the freeze back in December . Pickett came out and repaired the pipe, Simple repair ( no digging, no going under the house or in an attic. etc ) took them about 1 hour to fix the issue- 1st they made me purchase a 1 year membership before they would come on the service call- $225 for the call out. THEN an additional cost of Over $900 for the repair because it was "Emergency Hours" .even though i thought this was price gouging and ridiculous i bit the bullet and paid for it, it was fixed GREAT ..... read more

Andy at Pickett was very helpful from the start to the end when needing a replacement Hvac system. Andy very patiently answered all of my questions and also helped me find the best system for my needs. My order was put in and within 3 days the installation crew was at my door at 8 am as promised. Daniel and another employee came in and started removing the old unit from the attic and then the out door unit. This crew had everything removed and installed in less than four hours. My A/C had stopped working during the unfortunate week of constant high heat temperatures of ~110F. The GM/tech, Andy, was awesome and very patient and explained everything when troubleshooting and ensured I was back up and running efficiently in a timely manner and checked all my vents to make sure it was good to go! Appreciate the service and def recommend using!!
