I'm afraid this practice may have closed. I have not been able to reach the office in over a week. When I call it goes to voicemail and the voicemail is full. My pharmacy has faxed them twice regarding a refill request and not heard anything back.
The front staff is completely incompetent and rude. This place has gone down hill since Priscilla is no longer there. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
Amazing clinic and staff. Everyone is always so friendly and caring. I feel like we are getting care you used to get from drs and staff not the rush through it like your just a number most places are now.
I was very clear that I only had one well visit a year. Stressed it NUMEROUS times. I asked for a physical and a pap and got a $250 bill for a get to know you visit. Once I was in the office, they refused to provide the service asked for. My insurance called them and told them how to code it so it would be paid. They refused. Insisted I pay it.
