This guy lied on our moms review how dirty.....This guy keeps saying he cant get parts for my moms tv he has had her one yr old vizio 65in smart 4HD TV for over 2 months now since Oct 6th its now the first of DEC this was bought for her form our grandma last Christmas before she passed away for us.....hes been saying he cant get parts (for 2 months??) but yet we found them and they are available on ebay and amazon in numerous quantities...he is a liar and should do the right thing and finally fix my mothers television after... read more
Please be aware the reviews that these guys take your tv and disappear are true i dropped off my 65in smart hd tv to them oct 6th and its now nov 19 and i have no tv and cant reach them they have given me the run around i am a single mom w cancer just had major surgery nov 6th told them i really want my tv back before i have surgery and this tv was a gift from my family when i was diagnosed and now im out a 65in 4k hdtv smart tv. Vizio that ill never have the money to replace and i still cant reach them i drive by the shop ... read more
