Not trustworthy at all. Whole experience will linger as a huge disappointment in my memory. It’ll also remain a lesson to not trust small businesses unless you get everything in writing or have a big business, like Reverb or eBay, to hold their feet to the fire if they wrong a customer - which is a terrible shame.
