After previously buying 8 other new cars, this has been the worst dealer experience ever. From zero customer service after ordering our car, miss information between the dealership and VW Australia when it arrived, to a sub standard vehicle handover where I wasn’t even shown how to use the lights or wipers, having a flat tyre due to a pot hole within a couple of months and not being able to get a replacement for 3 weeks (due to VW specific sizing) and VW not being able to assist. Excellent service and attention to detail from the service rep Ariana I had a recurring problem with my Amarok and had been to 5 other mechanics before getting a final fix from Pickerings by a very knowlegable mechanic. I highly recommend this company for repairs and services.
