Post my car service, they told me that the team would call to arrange part replacement. Never got the call. When called, i was told it was my responsibility to follow up. Very bad experience.

Great experience at Mitsubishi Pickering. Even though it was a busy morning, the staff (in particular - Jalitha) - Thank you, they were friendly, supportive, and made me feel valued. They kept me well updated on my car’s status and answered all my questions. Service was completed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Worse dealership experience by far , everything is a 2 month wait then you get the car booked in and it gets mis diagnosed then you have to wait another 2 months to get the car booked in again . If you can’t deal with the amount of cars in Townsville either open another dealership or stop selling cars till you can deal with the volume of cars you already have . Love Mitsubishi but absolutely will avoid Pickering Mitsubishi Townsville

Took our car for a service with defects communicated well in advance; the car was returned after the service with the same defects. Then another (serious) defect developing 1 week after the service? To get a booking you have to wait 4 - 6 weeks. I would think twice about buying another new car from this dealership as they don't seem to have the capacity to maintain them properly.
