After religiously getting logbook servicing and mechanical repairs through the dealer service centre since purchasing the car, after the last several years of increasing frustration with their quality, have decided to get my car looked after elsewhere.
Just be warned that the cost price of their protection packs are a rip off. The cost price for a whole protection pack on vehicles is close to $800 and yet theyw ant ti charge you thousands. I have 15 years experience in the industry.
We had some issues at pick up with some damge to the car , but they're all resolved now. It took a while, but we're happy with the final result and we will continue to enjoy our new trtion.
We brought our frist brand new car for our small family 3 and half months ago and where happy whith Ryan the sales mans service how ever his sales manger Paul service is absolutely disgraceful on day of delivery there where dents and scratches found on the roof of our new Triton witch was pointed out to Ryan who jumped to action to get a solution while taking photos of the damage that was clearly not caused buy us !
