Worse dealership experience by far , everything is a 2 month wait then you get the car booked in and it gets mis diagnosed then you have to wait another 2 months to get the car booked in again . If you can’t deal with the amount of cars in Townsville either open another dealership or stop selling cars till you can deal with the volume of cars you already have . Love Mitsubishi but absolutely will avoid Pickering Mitsubishi Townsville

Took our car for a service with defects communicated well in advance; the car was returned after the service with the same defects. Then another (serious) defect developing 1 week after the service? To get a booking you have to wait 4 - 6 weeks. I would think twice about buying another new car from this dealership as they don't seem to have the capacity to maintain them properly.

After religiously getting logbook servicing and mechanical repairs through the dealer service centre since purchasing the car, after the last several years of increasing frustration with their quality, have decided to get my car looked after elsewhere.

Just be warned that the cost price of their protection packs are a rip off. The cost price for a whole protection pack on vehicles is close to $800 and yet theyw ant ti charge you thousands. I have 15 years experience in the industry.
