I recently purchased a Skoda Kodiaq Sportline from here. And what a pleasant and easy experience I had, smooth hassle free. They met my expectations regarding trade in and change over, so a deal could be struck that suited all parties. I stay in Brisbane and had a terrible experience with Brisbane City Skoda when trying to buy a new car, hence I looked elsewhere when they could not meet my expectations. I highly recommend Skoda Townsville, much easier to deal with than my local dealerships.
I bought an Octavia from Christian. I am in Brisbane so the whole deal was done remotely. He was expectational. He was professional, courteous , knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He swiftly helped with a couple of glitches we had along the way and made the whole process a delight. I can't recommend him highly enough I really can't.
