Made an appointment with Joseph by phone a week before driving up from Airlie beach. Arrived 10 minutes before scheduled time to see Joseph but he was busy with another customer. The manager, Ryan came out and greeted us and showed us the vehicle I was interested in looking at. The appointment was for a test drive. Ryan (being the manager)was not interested in moving the vehicle as other cars were in the way. Explained we’ve come up from Airlie beach to test drive still made no effort. Having just purchased our 6th KIA from Pickerings Townsville, that should speak for itself! Not only have we LOVED all our cars but KIA have just been so extremely easy to deal with. No pressure, no up selling, just very knowledgeable and listen to what you want. Ryan (boss man), Dan, Joe and Rachel were fantastic on the purchase of our Sorento. Boss man Ryan even lending his car when we had to wait an extra day for ours. We will very likely continue to support KIA in the future.
Attached balloons to their cars for some reason. Drove by and there were two detached and flying up in the air.
