The absolute worst service you could ask for with the most incompetent mechanics. Spend good money on a car only for them to then wipe their hands clean. Don't bother speaking to the manager to resolve your issues as he's equally as bad. Avoid at all costs, better going to Burdekin Kia.

Made an appointment with Joseph by phone a week before driving up from Airlie beach. Arrived 10 minutes before scheduled time to see Joseph but he was busy with another customer. The manager, Ryan came out and greeted us and showed us the vehicle I was interested in looking at. The appointment was for a test drive. Ryan (being the manager)was not interested in moving the vehicle as other cars were in the way. Explained we’ve come up from Airlie beach to test drive still made no effort.
