I have recently purchased a new car from Hyundai Pickerings. Everything went smoothly. I ordered floor mats etc for the car which needed to be ordered in. I was fine with that and agreed to take the vehicle early. I was advised that it will be 1-2 weeks for the mats as they had to order them in. Little pushy but ok .
Absolutely disgusting service from Hyundai Pickerings Townsville. My brand new car had to be recalled and I was left without a car for 5 days—no hire car, no call backs, no help at all. I’m a small business owner with two kids, living out of town, and my husband works FIFO. Being stranded like that was a nightmare. When I finally got my car back, it was returned dirty. Everything is fantastic until they make the sale. Once they have your money, the after sales service is non existent. There is no care factor. They are run off their feet with new customers and don't have time to fix the issues that weren't fixed at the time of sale. I have had to waste so much time and energy just trying to get what I paid for. No one cares.
