Everything is fantastic until they make the sale. Once they have your money, the after sales service is non existent. There is no care factor. They are run off their feet with new customers and don't have time to fix the issues that weren't fixed at the time of sale. Pickering's Hyundai took in my daughter's car from Hyundai roadside service after Trinity Hyundai in Cairns turned it away and refused service. They assessed, repaired and stored until Hyundai customer care/experience could arrange return to her in Cairns. Feedback to me says Pickerings were understanding of the situation and patient while it was resolved.
An amazing and wonderful experience from the Pickerings Team. From the very beginning when I was approached to taking care of my needs, to answering my questions and concerns all the way to handing the keys over to me, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
