We rang to book car in to have parts replaced as Pickering's recommended when they serviced it. They said they would ring to confirm the booking, but despite chasing them up 3x in 2 weeks, they have not called us at all and have not confirmed it. So unprofessional and disappointing. Never had a problem with Trinity Hyundai in Cairns.
I have recently purchased a new car from Hyundai Pickerings. Everything went smoothly. I ordered floor mats etc for the car which needed to be ordered in. I was fine with that and agreed to take the vehicle early. I was advised that it will be 1-2 weeks for the mats as they had to order them in. Little pushy but ok .
Absolutely disgusting service from Hyundai Pickerings Townsville. My brand new car had to be recalled and I was left without a car for 5 days—no hire car, no call backs, no help at all. I’m a small business owner with two kids, living out of town, and my husband works FIFO. Being stranded like that was a nightmare. When I finally got my car back, it was returned dirty.
