I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Volkswagen Pickering. I dropped off my car yesterday at 11:30 a.m. for diagnostics. Throughout the day, I received no updates. When I called to check the status in the evening, I was told that nobody was currently working on my car and that it would be looked into.
