We LOVE Dr. Gill and his team. When we tell our dog that he is going to the vet, he gets SUPER excited. Dr. Gill and his team very professional, patient, and understanding, and they treat our dog with care and expertise, like he is their own. I have never felt pressured to go through/purchase anything, and Dr. Gill has always explained our options when going through anything. The facility is always clean and welcoming. Very great people. More than happy with their professional way of dealing with my puppy.
Not a client of them but the receptionist was very kind and helpful when I called regarding a concern with my 9 yr old dog.Sad they're not accepting new pets, but hoping that they will accept new clients soon!
Team lovely and facilities fine, but vet basically shrugged and seemed indifferent to repeated complaints and repeated visits for our large breed puppy’s intermittent limping. Also did not bother to advise us that puppy was overweight and we were overfeeding. This went on for many months. We finally switched vets to get a second option, they listened to us , asked for a video, and ordered imaging. when the X-ray didn’t show anything, they were not satisfied and ordered a MRI which showed bilateral elbow dysplasia requiring s... read more
