I recently purchased a new 2026 Toyota Sienna Limited from Sheldon Brown and the whole process couldn’t have been any easier! Bad experience to the parts counter. I needed 2 5a fuses and they wanted me to wait 3 weeks to get them, although I am pretty sure they keep plenty on hand for fixing Toyota cars coming for maintenance with a blown fuse. So, yeah, they charge me good money for the maintenance on my vehicle every 6 months, but they do not know how to be nice and gracious and sell me 2 fuses that I needed today. I doubt that parting with 2 fuses would have depleted their inventory in the maintenance shop. Just bad people.....
You know, I take back any negative comments. They are very accommodating.
Had a great experience at Pickering Toyota picking up our brand new 2026 Rav4 XSE. Khaled was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the process, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
