This is the only clinic on planet earth which does not entertain phone calls. You have to come in person to get an appointment. On the day of your appointment, you have to wait from 1-2 hours for your turn. The waiting time is insane. They charge $30 cash to refer you to a physio or massage therapist. As a family doctor, referring to another service for a real issue and charging additional fee is a rip off.

If I could give a zero I would! They are completely incompetent and rude. There fridge had gone out (which happens I understand) however they knew about it for a week before my child's 2 months vaccines appointment and never called to inform us so we should rebook the appointment. We changed our schedules around to make the appointment drove 30 minutes to get there and they even had us wait 40 minutes in the office before they informed us that we can't do it. Highly incompetent and rude staff. I am a healthcare management professional myself and receptionists are the first point-of-contact for a patient. At Pickering Ridge, the receptionists are extremely rude, to the point where they disrespect and demean you. I am going to launch a complain with the City of Pickering to look into this practice and the abuse of patients happening for so long.
