I called 3 times and was hung up on every. The 1st time was sent straight to the hold music the disconnected, second time I was put on hold by Laura for 20min then hung up on, the 3rd time I spoke to Laura again where she seemed rude and annoyed that she had to take my call. She then proceeded to take an eternity to essentially tell me how incompetent she was at NOT being able to locate my part after I gave her all the info she required.
