My experience was worst @ this location and this location is not worth of single star rating. Recently I have given my new vehicle for service at this location and they handed over me vehicle with scratches. I noticed and reported about these scratches their team is avoiding phone calls and after multiple calls they redirected to Bryan. He was rude @ talking to customers over phone and he is directly saying if you want proceed legally, please and welcome.
My partner experienced the following at this Honda service location: - Service and charge (for battery) unrelated to what they went in for (tires) - Refusal of service despite having all materials for tire change - Gaslighting, suggesting tires were wrong size, (luckily another Honda dealership franchis elsewhere was honest about the size being correct) - Request for ownership of vehicle (despite information being input to secure appointment) - Held vehicle for 3+ hours without servicing - Was spoken to with condescension - ... read more
Excellent choice
Went for an oil change which was scheduled over the phone and the rep asked if I wanted shuttle service. I wanted that service however when I went there the rep said no it’s not cost efficient to offer shuttle for oil change. Why would they offer if they are going to deny? Very annoyed.
Always easy. Staff here is fantastic.
