My son and I have been members here, and I have nothing but positive experiences from Coach B. This gym is not a fad, it’s a way of life, YOUR LIFE!

I feel extremely fortunate to be training at Pickering Fitness and Wellness under world class trainer, Coach B. I don’t know how he does it, but he pushes his athletes to their fitness limits while keeping the workouts fun and exhilarating. Coach B’s expertise, passion, and support ensure his athletes far surpass any fitness goals they have set. I joined the Pickering Fitness and Wellness Centre a few weeks ago. My experience so far for the short time I have been there has been outstanding. Coach B not only teaches you the techniques of getting focused into a healthier lifestyle. He also pushes you to no limit to achieve your goals. Very family oriented atmosphere. Everyone helps each other in achieving their goals and you never feel out of place. We are all there for a reason. It’s mind over matter if you don’t mind it doesn’t matter. Go Titans!!!
