Dr Erry is an excellent Doctor. I have been going to him for over 30 years. He is very thorough and cares about his patients. The receptionist on the other hand is not a nice person. She is always rude, absolutely no people skills. I think she hates her job. It’s unfortunate that patients have to experience her rudeness to get appts.
I am i have been going to pickering family physicians for the last twenty years plus and I would highly recommend them pleasant staff prompt and never had such a caring doctor in my life as I do
Dr Erry is always amazing, never fails to ease and address all my concerns! However, the receptionist is ALWAYS very disrespectful and appears annoyed to do her job! very unfortunate and unprofessional.
