The front desk workers ( ladies) don't Respect the customer and talk very Rudely ..... very disappointed environment there ...
The receptionist is not capable to book a simple appointment. Calls back telling me after she booked the appointment that I booked with the wrong technician. All I did was call her and ask her to book an appointment I don't know their technicians to be able to even pick one. Waste of time and energy dealing with her.
For years, Pickering Diagnostic Imaging has been my go-to for Ultrasound, x-ray and mammogram. I have always had great service, appointments are on time and staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend.
I had an excellent experience with Janani during my breast ultrasound. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
