I’m very disappointed with the level of professionalism shown by the reception staff. When patients walk in, they expect to be greeted and assisted, but instead, the receptionists are busy talking to each other in their own Indian language, completely ignoring the patients. This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. As a patient, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hope this issue is addressed seriously, as it reflects poorly on the quality of care being provided.
I had a mixed experience at this diagnostics and imaging center. My appointment involved both a radiologist and a respiratory therapist. The radiologist was excellent—professional, courteous, and reassuring throughout the process. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the respiratory therapist. Maitri and Harpreet are the best staff in a medical center I have met till now. They are absolutely understanding and kind in their attitude and demeanor. Very grateful for there help on my recent visit. I will definitely be booking all my imaging at there centre. Huge Thank you to the team.
Receptionists are not professionals and they are not guiding the e patient properly.
I called to book an appointment and was told that there was a 10 am available for the following day. I said please hold it I'm just confirming my ride. Called back two minutes later to confirm that I could take the appointment to be told that it was booked. I've never been so disappointed with the service here. Absolutely no consideration that people are trying to coordinate multiple things between work, family and other Commitments to make an appointment
