I want to say a huge thank you to Ms. Farkhunda who did my mom's knee ultrasound with such care and patience. She didn't rush through the appointment at all. You could tell she really wanted to get the best, most accurate pictures for the doctor. She was really patient with my mom, letting her move in her own slow pace and making sure she was comfortable and not in pain. Definitely recommend her for ultrasound scans.

Visited Pickering imaging center for my growth scan today and was super happy with technician Janani Suriarachchi. She is so sweet, humble, knowledgeable and quite professional. From the first greeting to making me feel at ease, helping answer all my questions since it’s my first pregnancy and I was a bit nervous, truly shows her absolute love for her work, her professionalism and humility. I have been here for all my previous scans but today was definitely my best experience. Thanks to Janani.

I am honestly disappointed. It’s not a job where there is a huge rush on you. Ultrasounds are by app anyway. My senior mother went and on top of old age, she was having other medical issues. Alayna was the technician who my senior mother had the unfortunate person to deal with. It doesn’t take much to be kind or understanding while doing your job. Especially a job that you will deal with sick ppl. Honestly so so disappointing. I just pray the rudeness wasn’t from racism. We are brown skinned after all. If you go to this loca... read more

The front desk workers ( ladies) don't Respect the customer and talk very Rudely ..... very disappointed environment there ...
