This service provider is quite interesting, being, I've experienced both satisfactory and unsatisfactory service. Unfortunately, today's interaction with the respiratory technician has left me feeling annoyed and disrespected. I'm not sure how my race would contribute to my breathing test results and when I said "Canadian", it was questioned, "What's your real race" I should not have justify my racial origins to a technician. I arrived at the clinic with my child after the walk in hours had ended. We received a requisition from urgent care and my child was in pain, Shreya was kind enough to fit us in. The X-ray technician, Dharam, was kind and very patient. Thank you to the staff for their compassion and dedication to their patients.

The receptionist staff have given me the complete runaround when trying to book an appointment. Tried to call 2 months ahead for a follow up appointment and was told to call a week before I need a follow up. Called a week before, and was told to call week of or come in for a walk in as appointments are always available. Called same day and walked in, but was given an appointment time 4 days out. Been to this location twice. I got to see the ultrasound person quickly and efficiently. I would use this location again. Location is great too.
