The receptionist staff have given me the complete runaround when trying to book an appointment. Tried to call 2 months ahead for a follow up appointment and was told to call a week before I need a follow up. Called a week before, and was told to call week of or come in for a walk in as appointments are always available. Called same day and walked in, but was given an appointment time 4 days out. Been to this location twice. I got to see the ultrasound person quickly and efficiently. I would use this location again. Location is great too.
I’m very disappointed with the level of professionalism shown by the reception staff. When patients walk in, they expect to be greeted and assisted, but instead, the receptionists are busy talking to each other in their own Indian language, completely ignoring the patients. This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. As a patient, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hope this issue is addressed seriously, as it reflects poorly on the quality of care being provided.
