Maitri and Harpreet are the best staff in a medical center I have met till now. They are absolutely understanding and kind in their attitude and demeanor. Very grateful for there help on my recent visit. I will definitely be booking all my imaging at there centre. Huge Thank you to the team.
Receptionists are not professionals and they are not guiding the e patient properly.
I called to book an appointment and was told that there was a 10 am available for the following day. I said please hold it I'm just confirming my ride. Called back two minutes later to confirm that I could take the appointment to be told that it was booked. I've never been so disappointed with the service here. Absolutely no consideration that people are trying to coordinate multiple things between work, family and other Commitments to make an appointment
I’ve gone here for years. Good staff, fast service. Highly recommend but remember X-ray opens at 9 not 8.
