1 Star Very frustrating experience. I had imaging performed on Mid May 2026, and my doctor had a follow-up appointment scheduled for Early June 2026. My doctor’s office confirmed they never received the imaging report, which affected my medical follow-up. This is the third time I have experienced issues with reports not being sent to my physician. I came here for a breast ultrasound and was feeling extremely nervous, and anxious. Janani took me into the room, and could see I was visibly nervous & anxious. She treated me with such kindness, and grace and made me feel comfortable, and calm during the ultrasound. She is extremely kind and treats all her patients with so much love. I highly recommend coming here and seeing Janani.
I visited this clinic on Thursday for an ultrasound and X-ray. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. One receptionist was very kind and helpful, but the others came across as unprofessional and unfriendly. A smile, courtesy, and respectful communication can make a big difference for patients who may already be feeling stressed or unwell.
