Our sleep technician Munaf was an absolute delight with my 16yo daughter. He was hilarious and so helpful; his care was excellent and had us laughing before we went to bed. Great experience.
Their people were very professional when I attended. Very quiet and good temperature. Bring your own pillow and blanket and wate bottle. You can bring snacks. Do as much night prep at home and it makes it easier in general for any sleep study anywhere. You will not be able to wear anything on your head. Leave the family heirlooms at home. Must be referred by your family doctor.
From start to finish the experience was amazing. The tech (i believe his name was Dan (I hope)) was truly professional and very thorough. I just left the clinic this morning after doing the sleep test and from the building, the room and sleeping arrangements and specifically the technician was an overall such a great experience. Highly recommend this location simply for the technician. Thank you for your service. *****
This clinic is impossible to get a hold of because you cannot leave a voicemail, and their email address is not functioning. Test was okay, not comfortable, room was stuffy. Dr. Batoo spent minimal time on the consult with results with no interest in actually improving my sleep health.
Nearly impossible to reach on the phone. And no way to leave a message. Was told to go get a CPAP machine only for them to not have availability for the follow-up appointment for roughly 6 months
