DONT BUY HERE! They will sell you a leaking caravan and refuse a refund! They will be nice and great to buy it but don’t expect help after!
Excellent customer service from the first contact to the call to check on us after leaving with our new caravan. Both Darren and James were fantastic to deal with. Very impressed with our Design RV caravan too (caravan number 10 for us).
Both Alex’s were amazing to deal with 🙌 It’s was by far the best experience purchasing a car we’ve ever had 🤗 A nice bubbly to go with the car was a lovely touch and for Alex to take the time showing us not so tech savvy people all the gadgets was the cheery on top 😜 They should be very proud of themselves and we will be highly recommending their business!

Would highly recommend Pickering Caravans to buy your caravan. Very informative during the purchase phase to advise what was best for us. The hand over was very detailed and we were never rushed. Kept checking every time we understood how things worked. They even have lots of videos to watch if we forget anything. And the ability to ring them at any time we have a problem has made us feel very glad we purchased here. Thanks Ben and team.
