I would stay clear of anything to do with this company. I brought a camper from them brand new and still under warranty they’re ghosting me saying they don’t deal in caravans anymore. Just because they don’t sell caravans doesn’t mean they can’t dust their hands. It makes this process difficult and they know it. ACCC etc. not happy!!
no pushy sales people explain everthing about vehicles and give good warranty plus very good trade in highly recommend
DONT BUY HERE! They will sell you a leaking caravan and refuse a refund! They will be nice and great to buy it but don’t expect help after!
Excellent customer service from the first contact to the call to check on us after leaving with our new caravan. Both Darren and James were fantastic to deal with. Very impressed with our Design RV caravan too (caravan number 10 for us).
Both Alex’s were amazing to deal with 🙌 It’s was by far the best experience purchasing a car we’ve ever had 🤗 A nice bubbly to go with the car was a lovely touch and for Alex to take the time showing us not so tech savvy people all the gadgets was the cheery on top 😜 They should be very proud of themselves and we will be highly recommending their business!
