Update they don't do Caravans anymore. Excellent customer service from the first contact to the call to check on us after leaving with our new caravan. Both Darren and James were fantastic to deal with. Very impressed with our Design RV caravan too (caravan number 10 for us).
I would stay clear of anything to do with this company. I brought a camper from them brand new and still under warranty they’re ghosting me saying they don’t deal in caravans anymore. Just because they don’t sell caravans doesn’t mean they can’t dust their hands. It makes this process difficult and they know it. ACCC etc. not happy!!
no pushy sales people explain everthing about vehicles and give good warranty plus very good trade in highly recommend
