We have been going to Pickering for years, and these guys are exceptional, especially Ryan; he is fantastic! They explain, in layman's terms, what is going on with our vehicles and offer reasonable solutions with fair, transparent pricing. We used to hesitate to take our cars in for servicing because we always felt taken advantage of, and any car problem felt like a crisis. By far one of the most HONEST, CARING and RELIABLE mechanics ever!!! I have had a list of items to fix on this car. ( newly bought in private sale) The first was both front lower forward and rear facing ball joints. GREAT WORK. Second was what I thought to be wheel bearing....nope they put car up and called immediately to tell me it wasnt wheel bearings. So they diagnosed problem, called and was caring enough to not charge me and advise me not to waste money putting in wheel bearing. The staff are amazing. Ryan is a pleasure... read more
Excellent care! Came to Pickering for the first time after going regularly to a local dealership for our Silverado. Received excellent care, everything was explained and we are very happy with the service. Our Oldtimer is 20 yrs. Old and we plan to keep him for a long while and we feel we will with such excellent care. Honest care, fair pricing, highly recommended Pickering Automotive.
Always a great experience every time I go here. They're fairly priced, get me in quickly, super friendly and honest.
Ryan went above and beyond to make our car safe for my daughter to take downstate for school. You cant put a price on service like that!
