He will not sell you something you don’t need, and even if you approach him with uncertainty about what is happening with your car, he is honest and trustworthy and I always appreciate the solutions that he offers me. Called during business hours twice and got no answer. Finally got ahold of them on the phone and confirmed that I could email them a list of maintenance to be done to my car and have a quote emailed back to me. Sent email after confirming and still no response after 2 weeks. Tried leaving them a message since it's the weekend, but their voicemail box doesn't work (says to leave a message at the tone but then there is no tone, just an entire minute of silence).
