A week ago we lost our baby. The staff were beyond amazing and went out of their way in order for Pasha to receive the help he needed quickly. Their compassion and respect is everything. We drove from Scarborough because we needed a place that would love and care for our baby with whats best for him. The amount of knowledge Dr. S provided us with was great. All the staff at Pickering Animal Hospital are so accommodating and welcoming. Over the lives of my 2 dogs, whenever have been at the clinic, I have noticed how they make every pet owner feel like their pet is so important--which they are--each one is a significant family member to each owner. They take time to engage with owners and pets alike. My dog loves visiting because he gets treats and a fuss made over him and he believes he's special! :)

This was a warm and friendly place. The staff were really friendly and kind. They’re genuinely kind to the animals you can feel it. The vet was a beautiful woman with lovely and happy energy. Ask for Dr.V. 😊
