Incredibly impressed with this office and the staff I was seen very fast and the Dr makes you feel super comfortable and able to express your concerns fully with the intent to help you to the absolute best of her ability. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and sweet. I will personally go here over anywhere else in the future.
I went to this urgent care after a bad crash on my mountain bike. I was sure that I'd broken my foot. After the x-rays the physicians assistant came in and said "no fracture." I was shocked. She said the radiologist would also read the xray and follow up (they never did). When the pain persisted, I called back to ask about the radiologist reading the xray. I bought my child here on a Sunday shortly after 1230 for oral thrush. After checking in throughout the day, the e-script failed to send twice, then they called in the wrong medication. I fail to see the purpose of going to an urgent care over the weekend for medication that is needed when they aren’t competent enough to manage that.
