This has to be the absolute worst, sorriest excuse for a walk in clinic I ever seen. If I could give zero stars I would.... came in Saturday December 6 and was misdiagnosed...lady doctor didn't even do a proper examination and then proceeded to talk over me to the point I couldn't get in a word edgewise. Asked if they could prescribe something for pain and was given a speech about how they wouldn't and how dangerous pain meds were. Jeannette, Katey, and Dr. Manja were fantastic and very reassuring and worked me in at the last minute on New Years Eve.
Katey and Jeannette were so amazing today. I use to go to the urgent care by Walmart but it’s such a hassle every time when I desperately need to go and get seen. I can’t get same day apt with my doctors office most times and I don’t wanna go to the ER just for a cold or flu. I started coming here, and they LISTEN. They help.
