Ok service but no transparency. Was told I would pay x amount which was paid before I was seen. Even asked the amount paid would be total with visit and was told yes it included everything. Got a bill from my insurance company over a month later. Called the office in Jasper who hung up on me twice due the “phone doing something weird” (I was put on hold over 12 minutes at first). Then was told to call a 239 number and talk with a person with a name I can’t pronounce and then the gentleman who answered gave a different name. ... read more
We were visiting north GA and hubby was very ill, so we decided to go here for help. We were seen within 10 minutes of walking in, and the entire visit - including an exam, chest x-Ray, diagnosis of pneumonia, and steroid/antibiotic/pain shots - took around an hour and a half. The staff was very kind and we were able to have the follow-up prescriptions called into a pharmacy near our relatives’ house several towns away. A few days later, hubs is on the mend and we’re very grateful we stopped at this urgent care!
Very professional I went in needing an x-ray on my foot they were very friendly and professional and very efficiency I would recommend these folks inner heartbeat
