If I could give this place zero stars, I would. For 6 months now they have dragged on and on with an order for a CPAP machine that my doctor sent to them. First, when I initially called to find out what they needed from me in order to get my CPAP, I was told that they would contact me when everything was ready so they could complete the order. Hi, my name is William Czech. Approximately 1 year ago, I gave a Pickens Medical Supply a bad review. I take that review back. I seemed to forget that we're only human, and sometimes we make mistakes. Usually the mistake is no big deal, until we make it 1. I want to apologize to all the staff and to keep up the good work!
