Dr. Pickens and ALL of his staff are top notch. They all do a phenomenal job of working to ensure your dental care is thoroughly completed in a comfortable environment. They also do a great job explaining costs and working with your financial situation. Came to Pickens Dentistry when my past dentist retired. Was worried I would struggle to find someone as amazing as he was, but Dr. Pickens has filled that role exceptionally. Couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Pickens and his practice.
Avoid this place! I got scammed out of close to $1000 from this place. They claimed that they verified my insurance coverage and that Dr. Pickens is in-network. I was in for a shock when I received the billing statement. Then I called my insurance, and they informed me that this dentist is not in-network.
Every member of the Pickens staff I interacted with today was pleasant and professional.
Thanks for making my teeth all sparkley!! I usually get stressed out at the dentist. Jordan and Emily, hygienists, did such a great job of making me feel more relaxed! They kept checking in to make sure I was doing good. Thank you!
