I have intense anxiety when it comes to the dentist. And before today, it had been 10yrs since I had last gone to the dentist. EVERYONE was so nice and accommodating there! Aly has a great sense of humor and instantly made me feel at ease. Dr. Pickens was easy going and did not try to “sell me” anything! He answered all my questions happily. They put patient bedside care at the forefront, were so informative, thorough, and kind. They provided a “comfort menu” which is so thoughtful.
I was very impressed with the warm welcome I received as a patient new to Pickens Family Dentistry. From the first young lady in the lobby to the hygienist and Doctor…everyone greeted me with smiles and a professional attitude that made me happy to have chosen “the best dental office in Vancouver”… these are the words of my friend who referred me and I absolutely agree with her! I can’t say enough good things about this place! The entire team is so kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, and I left feeling truly informed about my dental health for the first time in a long while. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want the best for them, not just a quick appointment.
The best dental place I’ve ever been to! I haven’t gone to the dentists since 2015. I had to go in for a check up due to a sensitive tooth. Turned out I had a small cavity. I’m deathly scared of the dentists and have never gotten major work done before and I literally didn’t feel a thing. They made me feel so comfortable! If you have any fears of the dentist this place will help you with that and will change your mind. This is what a dental office is supposed to be like! Amazing staff!
