My 75-year-old grandmother had a very upsetting experience at this office. They recently switched to iPads for check-in, and when she asked the staff for help, she was told they ‘didn’t have time to help her.’ My aunt later called the doctor directly, and he said the same thing — that his staff didn’t have time. For an elderly patient who doesn’t know how to use an iPad, this was not only frustrating but also very discouraging. Patients, especially seniors, deserve patience and support, not to be dismissed. It is awful trying to get an appt. Wouldn’t see my sick grandchild, won’t return phone calls even to the health dept that is trying to get a shot record straightened out. I will never go back
