Called for an ambulance because my grandson was having a seizure in my kitchen. One of the EMTs was very rude and questioning me as if I didn't know what a seizure was. I explained that he had a history of seizures, but he got in my face and continued. After walking up to me, and questioning he didn't like my answers and told me to move back. I told him just do your job. He then refused service and left. I am a 68 year old disabled vet, and I had ro struggle to get him to my car to transport to the hospital.

I was picked up by two gentlemen VA ambulance. I had uncontrolled vomiting, sweating, and freezing. I was literally dry heaving and they’re telling me that they gave me everything they can and that just to get it together like basically stop puking they didn’t give me a bag for puking mine was just disintegrating. I had puke all over me. They didn’t offer a towel. Nothing they both were very overweight. Only interested in their phones. I live in Central, not sure if this is where EMS came from when I called for help for my neighbor who was actually having a stroke. The 2 female paramedics who came here were the most unfriendly, uncaring medical professionals I have EVER encountered. And I’m originally from Anderson, so that says a lot! The blonde lady was so rude to the elderly lady, telling her issues like this needs to be addressed at her primary care doctors office, instead of calling them, and acted as if she didn’t want to take her to the hospital.
