COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE & MALPRACTICE! Don’t be fooled by their positive reviews as they are the previous owners reviews. If I could give zero stars I would. They took our tax returns in June, it’s been 4 months and the deadline is in 4 days. They completely refused to do our taxes OR call us to tell us they haven’t done them. The solution they gave us is to come pick up our unprepared taxes and take them to someone who is competent. DO NOT USE THEM or you will be paying a huge fine when they drop the ball.
Definitely gonna miss Dan & Lori , The new people are Definitely not the same at all ! Decided to take my business elsewhere.
They are by far the BEST!! I wish I would have known about them years ago. I'm a Realtor / independent contractor. They were on top of everything and saved me so much money !! They are friendly and very informative and definitely patient.
Dan Pickart and his team took my pile of tax worries and straightened it all out. I am greatly relieved, and thankful, for their professional, focused, kind service.
