This is an update, Dr. Pickar was so reckless in the Monroe V. Farrell he took fathers words v. Doctors. At the time of Dr. Pickars custody evaluations it appears that if this so called professional had simply had a criminal background check he would have seen father was charged twice with use of meth. To this day due to the lack of professionalism of Dr. Pickar, I now suffer major health problems PTSD from his reports to the court and also 5 autoimmune disorders. Dr. Pickar is a JOKE and an expensive one at that. I had to have multi evaluations with him due to our 17 year custody battle. My exs MMPI was elevated in the L scale. (Lie) scale. Dr.Pickar could care less about the court orders that were broken in 2005 and now over (600) to date. He slandered me in his custody evaluation. He said I was the alienator yet father broke every court order that SC judges allowed, DO NOT USE THIS GUY because of his misdiagnosis of my ex I have not seen my child since 2014. Dr. Pickar is sharp and knows his stuff. I used him to do a work product review on a child custody evaluation in a case where my client was being attacked by a retained expert for the other side being paid $105,000. Dr. Pickar was very responsive to all requests providing excellent information and materials to help me prepare. Dr. Pickar is an excellent witness and has a great courtroom presence.
