Just placed an order already got the “ick on us”. Mailing system doesn’t work. When ordering they give a false delivery time estimate. Was emailed right after I placed my order a disclaimer about delay in production and delivery. Which is odd because it should have been made clear before taking the order not after. No way to contact to get your money back.
I ordered a samples pack since march 4, 2025 and I still have not received my samples. I reach out to the company multiple times through email and phone call. I keep getting the run around and till this day it show the status process.
I can't say enough good things about Pick On Us, LLC.! They helped me create and ship customized toothpicks for my family's annual golf tournament in less than 24 hours. Mily was an absolute pleasure to work with—so responsive, friendly, and attentive to every detail. I highly recommend their service and will definitely be returning for future events.
