I just tried to return a package of non dairy mozzarella cheese that when I opened it, discovered mold. I understand they have a no return policy without receipt but I had a snapshot of my receipt and they still wouldn't return it. I left it and told them they no to to way better quality control. I had obviously just bought it so the fact they we wouldn't even let me exchange it affirmed my decision to no longer shop at that pick and save.

Only reason why I went here was because I got a gift card got Christmas. Drove 15 minutes to get 5 items for my husband's birthday dinner: steak filets, scallops (fresh or frozen), frozen pre-made soup, potatoes, and sour cream. I walked out with russet potatoes that are really good small for baked potatoes, and sour cream. The only meat items behind the counter were 5 different flavors of marinated chicken beasts, ground beef, and pork chops. The filets that were prepackaged were grey, every single one of them. Thanksgiving hours (which were labeled as specifically holiday hours for this location) listed open at 6A. Had a prescription sent there and they weren’t open until the next day. Called Kroger customer service and no one was available to transfer RX until the next day. I understand (and am happy) they’re closed for holidays, but very frustrated online hours called out Thanksgiving hours and were wrong, then no one was available to fix.

I want to give highest praise to Karen in the pharmacy (Main Street, West Bend). She went out of her way to make sure we were able to get a vaccination that we wanted. She really went the extra mile! Thanks Karen.
