My mom and I transferred to Pick 'n Save Pharmacy at the beginning of January 2019 when our local Shopko closed. The Grafton, Wisconsin pharmacy manager Cacey Mitz told me my insurance wouldn't approve my medication. After asking her several questions it became clear she hadn't even called my insurance company, but rather saw a pre-auth was required and decided she "wasn't personally comfortable" filling my medication. Buyer beware...pick n save pharmacy in Grafton....horrible!!!! Shopko just sent my prescription over there cuz they are closing. I go to get a refill, wait 30 minutes just to talk to someone, then I’m told if I wait it will be 20 minutes...45 minutes later the same person who told me it would be 20 minutes says, “What’s your name again?” So I tell her. Then she says, what’s your date of birth? Ummm...yeah...enough is enough. I left, going without until I can talk to the doctor to get my meds from a real pharmacy.
