Bad customer service on multiple occasions. Having all Rxs transferred.
Love it
Our 1 year old has an ear infection and the pharmacist filled our order incredibly fast and did it right before they were closing so we could give our son a dose before he fell asleep. She was so incredibly nice and explained things perfectly. Highly recommend and will be going here from now on!
The pharmacist Sue is not very friendly or understanding. Had to make a quick call to my doctor for a missing prescription and she continued to talk over me while I was talking to my doctor. I’m not sure if she thought I was being rude by being on the phone (even though I told her I was contacting me doctor). She would not give me a minute to address the missing prescription without talking over me and then rang me up for my other prescriptions without waiting for me to figure out what was going on with the missing one. The pick and save is really awesome, I just come here to complain about this pharmacy guy , who was been really dificult, first.. he ask me if I speak English, just because I mention my mom's name wish is in Spanish, he was been very difficult with me ask me a lot of nonsence questions , I told him that this was the first time that I been treating like that, I never have problems with anybody in there before , well.. be careful his name is Isaac I toke pictures of him I hope I can downloaded , He make me very upset now I fee... read more
