Very disappointing and unfair customer service. Pick-n-Pull is advertised as being open until 6:00 p.m. At approximately 5:30 p.m., I briefly went outside to get a tool and told the employee that I would be coming right back. He specifically warned me that customers would not be allowed back in after 5:45 p.m. However, when I returned at only 5:32 p.m., the employee refused to let me back in. $2 for entry, employees dont know what planet they are in, cars aren’t organized well and worst of all, the pricing is so horrendous that I think this terrible company is begging to go out of business. Do NOT go here. Let them go bankrupt What a joke

One star for Mr. Lazy kurt. Get a different job buddy. Zero efforts towards customer service, zero respect towards customer and his job. If you dont like your job find something else.
