You guys need to update your return policy on where you can return any part to any pick n pull store for credit . I tried to do that the other day and the store told me that pick and pull quit doing that quite some time ago So I had to drive twenty miles out of my way to return it to the pick n pull from where I bought it. Get that updated, or you are gonna have a lot of angry customers.

My tenure at Pick N Pull was profoundly negative, largely due to a deeply problematic workplace culture. Management, specifically Sierra (front store) and Rachel (HR), consistently demonstrated partiality and a disregard for equitable treatment, often overlooking employee concerns.
