Who ever the regional manager needs to come in here and do a sweep on some of their employees. Rude nasty attitude from staff, overpriced parts, inventory is extremely off. Went expecting several options for parts off cars and all 5 cars that are on the online inventory aren't in the yard. It seems like the inside staff to little anything besides price gouging and sitting on their butt. Not worth coming here id rather drive the extra 15 minutes to Tacoma pick and pull than to Tumwater.
Worst pick and pull I've ever been to. Seriously they sent me to the wrong vehicle to pull a passenger window. Then after a few hours of work they charge almost the same price as buying a new part. So I got a scratched used window for 15 dollars less than what a new one costs. Then sense they sent me to wrong vehicle I got the wrong window but lost my receipt. Every person in the office knows I just pulled and bought the window a week prior but I don't have a receipt. They act like they can't find it or their is no way to fi... read more
Bad junkyard. We called a day ahead of time and was told "we have that part". We drove more than 40 miles to find a hood, and when we found the right car, theres no hood. Also the people. We told them many times that it was our first time ever going to a pick and pull, and they talked to us like animals. We pay $6 just to walk through and couldnt get it back after not finding the part i guess the $6 is for the peice of paper they give for the car number
