Terrible experience. This is one of the worst junkyards I've ever been to. The staff are careless and unprofessional they have no idea where the cars are located. Every time I asked, they just said "we don't know, go look for it yourself." No respect, no help, not even basic politeness. The place is a mess dirty, disorganized, and worst restrooms at all. It was a complete waste of time and energy. If you're thinking about going here don’t. You’ll regret it.
customer service sucks
Needed to run to the junkyard to pull a replacement horn. Read the reviews for this pick and pull and saw how many people said the staff was rude and disrespectful. The reality is, the staff were very nice. When there were customer service issues, I felt like they handled them respectfully and reasonably. While standing in line, I saw somebody argue about a part they brought in with them. He had not declared the part upon entry so the staff couldn’t tell if it was stolen or not.
