Their return /exchange policies are terrible the fact that you can buy an item at one store and can't return it to another even in the same state is absolute BS They're supposed to be a nationwide company with Nationwide warranties but the warranty is only good at the original store what if you moved across the country

The dumbest employees you will ever talk to. Scheduled my appointment wrong 2 twice and tried to make it my fault as if I'm the one who enters the info into there system. They were rude and ignorant and completely incompetent. Just sell your car on Marketplace

Parts are over priced. A scrap yard with prices higher than buying the parts new makes zero sense to me

They went down hill. No carts and they could care less you have to carry a tool box and the somehow get the parts back without multiple trips. Charged $3 to get in. They updated the vehicle layout. No longer manufacture sections or american... its all a row system. So they print off a paper and give it to you. Just seems more confusing. Plus register didn't even know what mercury was. Seems they should have car oriented people working at a junk yard. Upsetting and still didt have the wheels I needed. I won't be coming back.
