Worst buisness ever. People working there were not any help and the place was a mud pit! The place is litterly a toxic waste dump! I had to pay to get in and didnt get anything. I did find one part that I wanted but they wouldnt let me take this interior plastic piece out and see if it would fit. The staff were thinking I was a thief and I feel I was treated very badly. Worst Place Ever!!!!

Pick N Pull – As long as you are willing to ask the counter help to look up the part, they will give you a list of vehicles the part can found on...(very helpful sometimes one part can be found on different makes and models other than the one you are looking for)... but also give you a rough estimate if they have the cars in the yard and 9/10 know where roughly where the car is. Everything is lined up in rows, they print a ticket with suggested row numbers to look for. Yard is sectioned according to Foreign/ domestic truck/ ... read more

Great idea, poor management – I've been going to Pick-N-Pull and the predecessor U-Wrench_it for years. Love the idea. I can keep my relatively junky car on the road for cheap, and pull the parts myself. Great. The problem is, the management at the Kansas City location either can't grasp common sense or is bound by ridiculous corporate guidelines. For example, I wanted a cheap steel rim for my car. There is one on a car in the yard with a completely bald tire on it. Nobody in the world would have considered this a usable tir... read more

The Rich Man's Junkyard (far too expensive, avoid it) – AVOID THIS JUNKYARD. Find a REAL, local junkyard. This is a national chain that charges far more than a real junkyard. They charged me $125 for a handful of parts I definitely could have gotten from another yard for $60. If I didn't NEED the parts RIGHT then after a couple hours of working to pull them, I would have told them to shove them up their ass, and gone somewhere else, and re-pulled them. They charge prices in excess of what you can get from other yards that wi... read more

The "listed" phone number did'nt work – i called from 12:45pm through 1:330pm, and the phone would ring twice, then a long pause, and finall a rapid busy signal

Can be a Terrible Waste of Time and Money – I drove for an hour through traffic to get to a nasty section of St. Louis, paid the "admission fee" (non-refundable), searched for another hour only to find there were no vehicles of my make or model in stock. I returned to my truck for the hour drive home to find someone had peed all over the side of it. A simple online list of vehicles in inventory would have saved me 3 hours of time, $20+ in gas and fees, and a bad attitude for the rest of the day.

The first stop when looking for parts. – The gold standard of junk yards. This is the way junk yards should. Prices are lower than other yards. All vehicles are easy to get to and are lifted off the ground so as to make access underneath easier. If you don;t mind getting it yourself then this is the place to go first.
