At the turn of the century this yard was called U-pull-it, the prices were affordable, and customer service was decent. Then I went traveling for a few years and when I came back I discovered that Schnitzer Steel bought out the yard and the prices have skyrocketed 40-100%. In recent decade this business have gotten too terrible to bother with even on a nice day. They fired the old U-pull-it staff and started hiring arrogant know-nothings without customer service skills. The last straw for me was when they hired this new cash... read more

This location consistently receives the most beat-up and worn out inventory. Otimal stocked years here are the 90s. If there's a car from this century then it's likely to be past due for the crusher. Go here for the interior trinkets, belts, and brakes, but not so much for major hardware. Good selection of decent used batteries though.

Having visited Lynnwood Pick'n'Pull a few times I think it's time for a review. I am evil because I'm sick 'n tired of dealing with dumbasses that run this place. U'd think junkyard salespeople are supposed to be technically proficient so they can tell the purpose of parts just by glancing at them. Not the case here. It's like P'n'P intentionally hire Wal-mart reject cashiers who have no concept of customer service not engineering aptitude. On previous visits I've noticed them slighting the customers with passive "don't real... read more

Refused credit due to a employee's mistake. Asked for exception, had receipt and was it was refused. Made it look like I was trying to scam them. On the way out they amused themselves with attempts to annoy me with insincere kindness. Leaving feedback with their head office is nearly impossible and they must know that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they're okay with being treated like a cheap dirty criminal.

Don't waste your time, and your money – Terrible service, inventory and tracking systems are completly inacurate, never have the car you want even if they say they have them, they charge you for every last nut and bolt, and tag you for every last item at prices seldom below parts store, don't honor they return policy or credit's, employees don't care and always making snide remarks, wheels and tires are overpriced, and they spend all your money on advertising. All three seattle location suck, I used to reccomend pull-a-part ... read more

Best junkyard in area – I read the other reviews on here and felt like posting my opinion.. Ive been to most the junkyards around this Pick N Pull, ive been to a lot since im always working on my vehicles, lol anyway this is the only one i know of that has a huge pre determined price list hanging on the wall, 2 of them on both sides of the building in english and spanish. The review above is a lil retarded. You know what your gonna pay for the parts as soon as you walk in so your not suprised at the registers. The parts do n... read more

Well the last guys review was a reall slap. To me ,teh staff for the lest 10 yr. I've been going there, has been kind & helpfull, answerd my questions best they could. It's a wrecking yard,Not a pulloff the shelf parts yard. And if you bring in a part ,it needs to be marked by the staff befor you go in the yard, or you will look like a thef.We all have bad days, and working with the public gets dificult, at times- you sound like a perfict example. I think it's one of the best in the area, and it's nolonger muddy.

horrible customer service – I called to get a price on my unwanted vehicle, the 1st guy I spoke with was VERY helpful. I set up a time to have my car picked up which was the same day. Later in the day I get confirmation phone call with the WRONG time and WRONG DAY, BUT she assured me that she made changes to the notes and that the car would be picked up between 2 and 6. 5pm rolls around and my gut told me that they were NOT coming.. I called to check the status and the lady guy told me that I wasnt scheduled for today but he... read more
