Best service I've ever had at a wrecking yard. Bottom line, I'll be back
I regret having to give such a low rating, but my experience with the pick n pull was very frustrating. I called in advance because they had my year, make, and model in their online inventory. The man on the phone was impatient and had a rude tone(I understood because he said they were busy and understaffed). The man wasn't able to go out to look at the car, but priced out the parts I need. I drove 2.5 hours there to get the parts, and it turns out that they don't even have the car anymore. Didn't find what we were looking for but did find something. All good!
Very very very poor customer service. Asked about a part and they told me they couldn’t tell me anything i would have to come in should have it on file of what is sold if you don’t want take 5 minutes to look at a part.
