The current manager and bald overweight guy who works the desk are going to run this place into the ground. Extremely rude, the manager even threatened me. Bout a visor, forgot the receipt. Came back next day to exchange and guy remembered me but said he can't help me. He remembered me and the part its the next day. After rudely saying he could do a 20 perecent discount I asked the managers name.. he blew up on me and told his guy at the counter to cancel the discount and stormed away.Crazy businesses are being run this way.... read more
DO NOT come here if you are selling your car. The guy told me it would take 45 min. We waited for 5 hours!!! Just for him to give us the check. They wouldnt give us any updates, we had to keep trying to ask them and they acted as if we were bothering them. I told them we had our 5 month old baby with us and there was still no urgency, it was ridiculous. Some people shouldnt be in customer service with the way they treated us.
I've always gone to pick n pull in redding.Had no problems getting the parts I need for my van. The guy at the window i think his name was David was very helpful and friendly.
