So I called first to make sure I was going to have enough for the parts needed, when yard closed I only had half of the parts went to office planning on coming back the next day and the gal at the register charged me almost as much for one side as it would have been for both, it's sad this place is going from bad to worse so fast.
Long story short. Terrible experience. Was told to bring my car in for scrap when I arrived the guy said you need to come back tomorrow. I asked him why I was told to come in today and he actually said "I don't know I just work here".
I would rate them a 0 if I could. They wanted me to leave my child in the car in supervised on a 90+ deg day. They should have a law suit for infante ring minors for that kind of behavior. I don't recomend them to anyone
Long story short,worse place ever, extremely rude customer , service ever , need to change your employees attitudes to work customer service! Drove 3 hours for 200 part and would never ever buy anything from this place ever again! That's why they work at such a place because there very uneducated!
Went to Pick n Pull in Sherwood/Tigard today looking for a small part. Was concerned bc of the not-so-good reviews on the interwebz, but when I got there I was pleasantly surprised. I know the reviews I read were older but I wasn't expecting such a professional, friendly atmosphere. The staff was helpful. The yard looks clean & organized. It was easy to move down the aisles. I felt comfortable (as a woman by myself) and I am definitely going back again! Check it out for yourself.
