Wasted my time! Scheduled a pick up for my clunker and left work to take care of this. The truck was 15 min the late the guy took one look at my title and said because I purchased from a dealer that signed off the lien instead of 'stamping' it they couldn't take the car the lien was over five years ago.
Didn't think about keeping my license plates, they sold the car we sold as junk to someone else & are still using my plates! Getting billed for toll services in Dallas, Texas.
I would rate them a 0 if I could. They wanted me to leave my child in the car in supervised on a 90+ deg day. They should have a law suit for infante ring minors for that kind of behavior. I don't recomend them to anyone

Never going back, rudest people in town
There are unfriendly people working there and they treat you like nobody. I had people pull the engine cost me around $500 but the engine was no good so I try to exchange for different one but they would not exchange for me because they did not stamp it, only yellow mark. So it cost me time and money for nothing. My opinion is to never buy engine and electronic parts there again.
I love pick n pull! I like getting down & dirty, searching threw automotive vehicles. It's fun, you get dirty, it's a sweaty kinda hunt, but in the end it's really worth the 2.00$ you spend to get in! You'll find it all, or at least what you need to get your car back on the road. Long story short,worse place ever, extremely rude customer , service ever , need to change your employees attitudes to work customer service! Drove 3 hours for 200 part and would never ever buy anything from this place ever again! That's why they work at such a place because there very uneducated!
